Rated 5 out of 5 by jwashbur Outstanding product! I have only been using the vest for 2 weeks. I have not experienced any joint pain as a result of the added weight. I run 1.5 miles with the vest. I have started out with only 6 pounds in the vest. Studies show that it is best to start with lower weight and to add more incrementally. The vest has a nice look to it, and it is constructed very well. I have not seen any need to worry about the weights causing a tear in the weight pockets, even when running. I would highly recommend this product! 05/31/2008

For someone trying to lose weight it allows you increase the added weight/resistance, while you lose body weight/fat.It is the best plateau buster.It fits and hugs your body with the fastening straps in the front, for comfort while you excercise. It is very easy to add and remove weights, and I love the ipod holder near the shoulder. It really does help to intensify the workout without even really noticing the extra weight. 04/17/2008
