Rated 3 out of 5 by Haziblueyes This product came in three boxes and does require two people at times to put together. Most discouraging though was that my package was missing one of the crucial parts, one of the two metal side rails/frame (needed to secure the mattress). In trying to contact the company to ask that they rush it to me I received a machine telling me to request replacement parts online. Online I entered my request and was informed it takes an average of 2 business days to fill orders. It is upsetting enough to have an important part missing, nevermind them listing a customer service # that doesnt provide customer service. 04/03/2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by JJsMOMMY28 Great looking bed! DIFFICULT to put together!! This is a great bed for my 3 year old. The only negative is the putting together part. My husband and I were about to give up many times! It takes almost an hour just to open all the boxes and lay items out. Make sure you put together in a large room as well. MANY pieces. 08/20/2012
