I have been taking this product for about two weeks now. I haven't been weighed in yet so I can't say if it has actually helped me lose any weight yet. I have had increased energy. Some days it helps with my appetite and some days not so much. It does give me headaches though so if you are wanting to try it know in advance that you will more than likely start getting headaches everyday beginning about 4 days after you start taking it. I will review again after I get weighed in. 03/04/2012
Loved them the 1st time! I tried them awhile ago an did eat alittle better had lots of energy an less cravings. But i tried them again an it did not work. I know as you get older ur body changes so maybe it worked differently the sencond time i dont know. But i am going to try them once more because i know they did work the first time. I did loose weight and inches but then it became a money issue to get them, an when i did they didnt work again. But i will see if they help because I have been around the same weight for 15 years so if they help again why not! 01/28/2012
