This General Electric 24,000-BTU Air Conditioner has three fan speeds. The energy-saving feature, the 24 hour timer, a slide-out chassis, and the remote control make the General Electric Air Conditioner a convenient choice. The General Electric 24,000-BTU Air Conditioner is suitable for rooms between 1,200 to 1,600 square feet. This unit fits windows between 29" and 41" wide with a minimum height of 19.25 inches. The General Electric Air Conditioner comes with the EZ-mount window installation kit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by BWR2011 Will never know if it was any good. arrived damage Will never know if it was any good. arrived damaged and unusable. very little padding in the box. looked like it had been dropped on the top corner and completly warped the whole frame of the unit to the point that it even broke the internal fan. Was really disappointed and of course Walmart had sold out and a replacement was not available. only other unit this btu for the same money is bigger and wont fit my window. only options are spend more or go with smaller btu. 08/21/2012
