Installation was easy, and had it running in no time.Controls were easy to understand, and use. We did purchase the two year extended warranty.Since both my husband and I, are physically disabled, and have serious medical issues, we were most concerned about installation.That concern was eased, after we were able to get the unit mounted easily. Best part, we are both able to breathe easier now, due to cooler and less humid air in our home. Most important for my husband who has serious heart problems.This unit, was a replacement for an older unit, which had served us well for many years, now we will get to see how durable this unit is. 07/24/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 SHIPPED DAMAGE Received with the A/C Cage bent and damaged. Works ok. I'm sure the cage was damaged in shipment. I can't afford to send it back, receive an adjustment and wait for the replacement. Dewey 04/22/2012
