Trying to install this unit and discovered the motor makes a horrible grinding sound. $20 for delivery to my front door to make it easier and still have to go to the store and return this 75 pound air conditioner. After returning this unit, I am going to try and install it again and I will post another review. I sure hope the next one is better or I will not be happy at all. 04/14/2013

I found this 12,000 BTU at walmart.com for the SAME price as the 10,000 BTU A/C's I found at other stores. Thanks Walmart.com for helping me stretch my bucks a little further. 03/27/2013
