The Audio did not work on the brand new webcam. The webcam came in not working (audio broken). I called the company & got the run around and had to jump through hoops to get help. I returned it back to WalMart for a full refund & have not ordered another from this company. I am very disappointed & unhappy with the way this was handled. I pray for this world everyday!
