Not only does the Gazelle elliptical trainer provide beneficial physical activity but also the gives enough feedback through its display to improve upon your performance. The Gazelle Freestyle tells you your heart rate, speed, distance, time and calories burned. With high-density foam covered handle and extra-wide platforms, you will have a well gripped and balanced range of motion with this Gazelle elliptical. Being an elliptical trainer, it burns plenty of calories for you.
The Gazelle elliptical trainer also has a heart rate monitor that keeps you informed of your heart rate which is extremely important while exercising. You should be able to keep a steady heart rate for at least 20 minutes as exercising with a varying heart rate may prove counter-productive.

Fun and Easy This product was fast and easy to assemble. If you are looking for a low impact workout machine; this is perfect for you. I had a baby earlier this year and I’m slowly getting back into the exercise groove. I can’t believe only 30 minutes on this machine had me in sweats and the time went quick. GREAT!! I use mine every evening for an hour while watching tv. I forget I am even working out. I love this product!!!! Mine squeaks every once in awhile but it stops quickly. It is very low impact and with my bad back I feel no pain after working out so it is an even bigger plus. Make sure you have someone help you put it together I did it myself and it took a little longer. 11/15/2007
