It's ok I like this product it's not great but I like it. I am trying my best to lose weight and i hope this product works for me. The only thing I don't like is I want to feel it when i get done and I don't feel the burn and i work out really hard. Also I have problem with my feet going numb while i'm on it. That is annoying. 01/22/2008
Easy to use Takes just a little time to get comfortable on the glider, but then I found it easy to use. I really enjoy using the machine very much. It is possible to make your workout as easy or challenging as you want. No impact, so after a good workout, I have no pain in the joints in my legs or hips. I would recommend this glider to anyone that wants a good cardio workout. 01/22/2008
