I purchased this to use as a hair serum to help my frizz after hearing that Moroccan oil helped tremendously with frizzy hair. It made my hair look and feel extremely oily. I did not use a lot so I know that was not the problem. After failing as a serum I used it for extra conditioning with my normal conditioner, it didn't make my hair oily but I haven't seen a difference in the condition of my hair at all. This just wasn't for me. 01/25/2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by RainbowJoneser Has made my stressed hair lively & strong again! I am part Native American and my hair has always been very thick and coarse. Living in NW Arizona for nearly 5 years, the sun, strong winds and dust have really taken a toll. I wear my hair long and refuse to have it cut short, spend a lot of time outdoors and so pay a penalty. In the past three years, I became a Vegan and it can become tricky eating a balanced diet at all times; this also has a negative impact on hair (and nails). I don't like others messing with my hair and, being a musician have always kept my nails clipped short and not bothered with polish.My hair has needed extra conditioning and care since I was a little girl and now was out of control as I'd gotten very busy. Over several months, the overall look of my hair had become drab, plus the last inch or two of my hair began to look as though it had been fried! I happened to see a bottle of this oil and liked the look of it. I read the description, popped open the top and found the scent to be wonderful. The price is very reasonable and I'm genuinely surprised at how long this bottle is lasting -- I have a thick mass of hair and I am still working with my first bottle, which means I'm getting a lot of mileage from this purchase.I have yet to trim that couple of inches that had looked so terrible from the ends, but it's not a screaming NECESSITY now: I no longer appear like I have a lifeless and worn bundle of static atop my head. I typically wash my hair every other day with a moisturizing shampoo, lather twice and rinse. I do a short conditioning, rinse and then wrap a clean towel around my hair. After a few minutes, I remove towel, rub about 1/2 tsp of this oil between my hands to warm it, work it through my hair and scalp, massage it through to the ends, ""finger comb" my hair so it lays reasonably flat and then gently brush it through with a boar bristle brush.I then allow my hair to air dry -- I do not use a blow dryer. The heat of the desert is often like existing in a sauna. Once a week, I do a deep conditioning with a (non-coloring) Henna conditioner and do not add the oil. I still intend to trim my hair, because I've found this is a routine that is a healthy one to follow (like properly pruning plants encourages them to grow fuller and more beautiful). In any case, I think of this product as a real FIND and a true "Rescue Remedy" for my own peculiar kind of hair.I guess if I had one "wish", it would be that this oil could introduce temporary color into hair. That is not to be taken as a complaint! It would just add an extra dimension of fun to an otherwise completely excellent product. 06/01/2013
Rated 5 out of 5 It's my new HG! I have straight frizzy hair but this oil keeps my hair down without weighting down my hair! Coconut oil, olive oil, grape seed oil, etc all weigh down my hair but this doesn't. I have damaged hair from dying my hair and this restores the shine in my hair and makes it so smooth! To top off the cake, it's cheap and it didn't hurt my wallet. 05/20/2013
