    garmin great value This is a very easy product to use. It has a large readout screen. I found it easy to tell the difference between the bottom and thermocline. Could see suspended objects and bottom structure nicely. I have this one mounted on my bow and have a 300c mounted in my dash. Both these units are great prodcuts.     GETRDONE I have owned a Garmin 160C for a little over a year and it is an excellent unit. It reads to .7 ft in shallow water and reads all depths at all speeds. It changes depth ranges smoothly and shows bottom structure very well. The display is bright and readble in the brightest sunlight. It is the best unit I have ever owned. You will like it. 12/13/2008
    Great Fishfinder This fishfinder is great. I mounted it on the front of my boat, and mounted the transducer on my trolling motor.Garmin gives you everything you need, for either transom mount, or trolling motor mount.It has great color, and is user friendly.     Good Investment Overall very pleased with this product. I went to the Sac. Delta and was able to find all the pockets of fish and wreak havoc on them. The menu is very easy to use for a beginner. The water temp . and depth indicator takes your fishing to a whole new level. My finder is mounted on the bow of my 14' jon boat and the color display is easily read from the stern, especially at night. This finder is the entry level color finder on the market and should be considered when the time comes for a new fish finder! 02/13/2011
