Fun for tots that like to spill This toy is very small and light. It's made up of thin, hard plastic and I worry that it may break and shatter but it hasn't yet. It suctions to the bath for easy use. The whale acts as a cup that the kids fill with water and then spill into the top causing the water wheel with dolphins to spin as the water on top drips onto the wheel. It is a very simple toy - and my daughter loves to see the action -reaction of spilling the water. It was cheap and fun. She also likes to stick her fingers and toes into the whales mouth and get then "stuck". 06/14/2011
