After it arrived I found out he had a similar watch, but his watch had a square face. The face on this watch is about the size of a quarter. It looks bigger in the picture, but it's still a very nice watch. The strap is nylon and it has a velcro strap. looks breathable. It's a nice watch for non-formal wear, game day or anytime. 12/31/2012
