It doesn't hold a regular size wine glass, I had to put them right side up.

This does not hold regular sized wine glasses, only small.

Poorly designed; guess you get what you pay for

I've never done a review on an item and I have ordered over 4,000 dollars worth of items from Walmart.com   This one was so bad I had to warn people not to buy it.  You can only fit very small wine bottles, and even then, they lean / fall out of the groove and do not fit straight into the frame as shown in the picture.  The room for glasses above the wine bottles after they are in is a joke, you cannot fit a normal sized cup / glass there and I don't know anyone that drinks wine from shot glasses which is about what you have room for. On top of that the rack is bent and uneven, poor quality and tilts back and forth on the counter.  Complete waste of money. Literally going to throw it in the trash because I did not save the packing slip to return it.
