I can count the number of times a product has exceeded my expectations on one hand. This little blender does so much more than I expected. TWO heads, a grinder and a blender, FOUR cups, and you don't have to drink out of a blade bottom like the Hamilton Beach model. I make smoothies every morning, grind spices, grind coffee finer for my espresso machine, make milkshakes and take it on the road everywhere I go. Besides the extra cups (big $$$ to order extras with competitive models) I love the lack of switches. Super simple to clean and operate, looks great on my granite countertop. If you fill a blender this small with big ice cubes or don't want to take the cup out and shake it to make things go smoother, this is not for you. If you're practical and have common sense, you'll love it. Great design, great utility, great accessories, great PRICE! Will happily buy another if/when it breaks. No sign of wear yet, and I've been using it daily for three months. This is the smart buy.

I bought this blender last December (over 1 year ago). I absolutely love the product. It does an excellent job in making smoothies and doesn't take up a lot of room. I have made one to two smoothies a day for the past year...one for me, and sometimes one for my husband. But today it completely fell apart. But I liked it so much, I am planning on buying another one when I go to Wal-Mart this weekend. All the other blenders are much higher in price and even though the one I had broke, I'm not willing to pay a higher price for another model, which I do not know if I will like or not.

I recently purchased this because my husband, daughter and I started a diet and workout routine and that included smoothies for breakfast. This has four large cups that all attach to the blender unit and include smooth surface rings for drinking directly from the cups. Also includes a small unit for making fresh salsa or eggs. The unit is powerful and convenient and works like a charm. I would recommend this to anyone if they want that on the go, out the door smoothie maker and at less than $20 dollars....well worth it!! I am purchasing one for my sister for Christmas to start her workout/diet regimen!!

Don't over fill! There is a max line for a reason. I add ice and frozen fruit and it does a great job. If I over fill I just remove some of the ice and it works great. I wasn't sure as it was the lowest priced blender. Much easier to clean and I drink at least two smoothies a day. Love it! Would purchase again.

I have mixed feelings about this blender. I bought it and on the first use, it worked awesome. I tried to make 2 smoothies that evening, back to back. I did not burn it out, I used it carefully & let it rest like it said to. When I attempted the second smoothie, it wouldn't work AT ALL. No sound coming from the blender, complete inactivity. I gave up and set the cup down on the counter for 20 minutes, came back and it worked. Next time I used it a few days later, the same thing happened!! Today, I tried to use it and on the first try....nothing. I'm sick of dealing with this thing. I'm taking it back. I MAY try to exchange for a new one to see if it works better but this is just ridiculous!

Very LOUD .. can't get the rings off two cups .. so they are no longer useful on the blender. ALSO .. It can't handle ice at all .. it couldn't even blend 4 little pieces of frozen pineapple .. left two of them intact .. the plastic in the cups is very cheap and the threading is too fine .. that is why they get stuck. Very nice idea but very disappointed with the performance .. ALSO noticed the blades are NOT sharp at all .. and one is bent to the point it appears it is going to start taking out the plastic base it sits on .. NO GOOD!!! .. so this is going back to the store!!

The blender has been very handy and I used it a lot until it broke. I like that it comes with all the cups and lids that is definitely a plus. A complaint I have is it only chopped fruit closer to the bottom so I had to stir it a couple times to get all the chunks blended. The last time I used it the cup got stuck on the blender and wouldn't come off so I wasted the shake and the money for the blender. My advice is to buy a better blender to begin with.

For the price I paid, this is a great little blender. It comes with 2 different blades, lots of cups, 2 drinking rims and some shaker lids. I mostly use it for smoothies, and it is powerful enough to make short work of frozen fruit, peanut/almond butter, and flaxseed (whole seeds, not flaxmeal). The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish that one of the cups was a little bigger and would hold about 1/2 to one cup more than the largest cup it currently comes with. You also have to hold the cup in place over the motor to engage the blades. I have another knock-off Magic Bullet-type blender that's a different brand that I like better because you can turn the cup in the base and lock it in place, allowing you to walk away from it and have the motor keep going. It looks like you should be able to do that with this machine, but after over a week of trying, I can't get the cup to lock into the base and blend without pushing down and holding it in place. Maybe mine is defective? Overall, it's still a good blender and I do like it.

I was looking to buy those Bullet machines and I saw this little gadget next to them for a third of the price with SO MUCH MORE OPTIONS! So convenient to have all the fruit I like in a cup and the fruit my fiance wants in his cup so that we dont have to get out the big blender. It chops up 5 strawberries, a banana, handful of ice, handful of strawberries daily in about 20 seconds and then I can rinse it JUST BY holding it in the water, comes right off so simply. Saves me time, when the blade cap can be rinsed off so quickly than having to mess with a big ol' blender. ONLY $20 for a better product, looks so sleek and nice in the kitchen, no giant labels on it, gets the job done, easy to use and easy to clean since I am super lazy, I admit. Was looking for something I'd ACTUALLY USE and found it~!

    • A. I haven't used it to blend frozen fruits but I do use it everyday to blend baby food. Even blending small portions of cooked rice, fruits or veggies, the machine kinda gives a faint motor smell. So, I am assuming that if you do anything heavy duty, the machine may not last very long. It has a very small and weak motor, hence the low price. Hope that helps.

there are two white/clear rubber rings that came loose in my package, I assume they are sealers of some sort but where do they go? I put one in the blade base and it came off and got caught in the blades and is cut up. Now I don't know if I need to replace it. It doesn't seem to fit on anything snugly. I would appreciate someone's insight.

    • A. The rubber rings go inside of the blade base. If it got stretched bigger, try putting it in to very warm water for a bit, then put inside the blade base & see if it shrinks to fit snug. I do that for my pressure cooker gaskets & it works like a charm.

    • A. I had the same thing in my box and it really confused me because it didn't mention it in the items list or instructions pamphlet. I'm pretty sure they're just replacements for the seals on the blade bases IF they come off. (Kind of like how shirts sometimes come with replacement buttons.) If you look on both of the blade bases they SHOULD have the same rubber ring around the inside already. If yours doesn't have any kind of rubber ring then it did come off. If this is the case and if you still have a remaining ring, it needs to go back on. The reason the first one probably got cut up is because you didn't press it in the base far enough. These seals on mine are inside the last nook on the screw rings. It may be hard popping it completely back into place. However, if that cant be done, and the blender continues to work efficiently then I say just don't worry about it. Hope I helped.
