worked for a year - no replacement parts available We purchased this microwave a year and a half ago. Today the push button broke and fell off. Without it, we are unable to open the door of the microwave. I called General Electric to try to order a replacement part and was told that they only carry three different replacement parts for this model. Many times in the past, I have had appliances break and have been able to repair them by ordering a replacement part. I have never encountered a situation when the company did not provide the part. In addition, the part itself was very cheaply made (it seems very predictable that it would break). 04/18/2012
