The size is based on band size as with a regular bra. I believe the little generic cups are proportion to the band size and the diameter of the cup increases with the band number. So I guess it is safe to say.....Higher the band width Larger the cup in this case. Great product. A lot more expensive elsewhere for just one.

I measured my daughter across the fullest part of her bust, which was hardly anything and got a measurement of 29. I ordered a 30, but was shipped a 32. Turns out they fit her perfectly.

On the inside of the bra, there is a small slit on the far left and far right side for removing the pad.

Good product, has removable pads..good fit, pretty good accuracy to the size

I ordered these for my 13 year old daughter to wear under tank tops, etc. They fit very comfortably. I ordered these online as a size 30 , but was sent a 32. Turns out it was a good thing, they fit perfectly. However, I measured my daughter as a 29, going to the 30...so consider that when ordering. Also, my package did not include the straps, which is fine...we weren't wanting them anyway. As with another reviewer, the white pads show through a LOT...but shouldn't be a problem if you don't wear it under a white shirt (that's what the nude is for!)

Great product and great price.

I got the package if the white and black. I love the fit, style, material, and they are so comfortable. The only thing is that the white is see-through, meaning you can clearly see the removable pads. If you are going to wear the white with a muscle tee or something of the sorts, you can see the cup line on the side view. Otherwise I love the black! I will still get wear out of both.

My daughter needed this item to wear to a school function where she wore a fancy strapless dress. When this product arrived we were pleasantly surprised to see the clear straps to hold the bra up making my daughter feel more comfortable and confident against the bra slipping down. It also has removable pads making washing in the washing machine easy and flexibility if one doesn't need the extra padding. I like that it comes in more than one color.

Great Value for the Money

This is a good set of bandeaus for the price.

My daughter measures about a 26. So I ordered the 28. It's way to tight. She wears a 28 in the other Fruit of the Loom bras (with straps) So I now ordered the 30,32 & 34 of this bra. This will be the 3rd time I have had to order bras for her. I really wish our local store had these so we could just try them on. Also for some reason I can't ship to our local store. So I am spending a lot of money on shipping - for things that don't fit. So I'm going to wait & see how these fit & return the ones that don't.

Size seems to run small

This product did not fit properly....making my upper body parts look squished horizontally.
