We recommend that you use 1 Tbsp. of Fruit-Fresh Produce Protector to 1 c. sugar for every 4 c. fruit you are freezing.

This helps my knees feel better. An orthopedic doctor recommended this. You can put 1 half teaspoon on applesauce or mix in juice or watter..

Have used this for years, very good for fresh fruit and fruit salads that things like peaches and apples don't brown. The container last a long time as you don't need much.  Good price at Walmart.

I use it mainly for apples. I can slice and apples and keep them in a zipper bag in the fridge and they stay fresh for days. It is a must have if you pack sliced fresh fruit for lunches.

I've been using this product for years. It's great on avacado in salad and also for apple salad! Now I'm trying it to see if it keeps lettuce from rusting!

Good stuff!

I mix 2 teaspoon with 3 tablespoon water like suggested and dip my daughter's apples in them for school. She's come home with leftovers and they were not brown after being in her lunchbag all day! Ice tried sprinkling but don't like it as much because there's a chance of missing a spot. Definitely a great product though will be trying on avocados next!
