finally a cool down. my upstairs will not cool down despite central air and eiling fans throughout the house. i purchased this quiet a/c and installed it in minutes and now my upstairs is actually cooler than downstairs. i have changed from running the central air at 68 and now run it at 73 or 74 and am comfortable everywhere. also this arrived in 3 days and i was up and running in less than an hour. wonderful unit.i also opened a credit card on the same day and recieved a 20.00 credit. perfect deal. 07/25/2010

It does a great job We bought this for the kitchen window at our summer cottage. It kept the back part of the house cool despite a HOT holiday weekend with 20+ people opening and closing the doors. It arrived within 2 days of our placing the order and we just paid standard shipping. It was super-easy to install. We do not find it noisy, although if we were using it in a bedroom we might find it more so. All in all, a very good value with outstanding delivery. 07/19/2010
