THIS IN NOT A 110 UNIT I ORDERED THIS UNIT BASED OF A COMMENT OF ANOTHER REVIEW. WHEN IT ARRIVED THE UNIT WAS CLEARLY MARKED AS NOT A 110 UNIT BUT A 230V 30 AMP PLUG. 08/10/2011
So far, so good We have only had this unit for a month, but so far it does the job very well. The outside temperature has been 110 degrees and our oversized garage stays at a chilly 70 degrees. Sometime in November we will begin using the heater. Hopefully it performs as well as the a/c. 09/30/2011
We have had this unit for both cold and hot weather. The only thing I would change about it's design is the thermostat. I wish it changed from heat to AC as needed instead of manually. Other than that, it's a real gem. It is easily cooling and heating an 800 ft. square area. 03/29/2012
