Pretty good so Far my central a/c unit recently died (25+ years old) so looking for a quick fix i got this unit. installation was pretty easy. unit is very heavy about 125lbs so get a helper! this unit cools my whole home pretty good. only been using it for about a week and there have been no issues. ICE COLD air. nice temp sensing remote instantly tells you how cool the room is. excellent product so far!! 08/19/2010

an excellant buy works like a charm. Easy to intall and control. Only problem is I mailed the registration form and purchased extended warranity. I have heard nothing in return. Its only been two weeks and maybe it takes longer 08/16/2010
Good A/C! This is the best A/C I have ever bought. I especially like the economy mode. Once set the unit cuts on and off at set temperature.Really like the Walmart site-to-store. Can even get a text when it arrives. How cool is that! 06/12/2011
