Rated 5 out of 5 by hotinthemidatlantic This is our second air conditioner this summer. Our first one was a 10,000 BTU and this one is the 12000. This was as easy as the first to put in the window. The added feature of the remote is well worth the money! It is not too loud although it does make a normal window air conditioner noise from the fan. I can still hear the television over the noise. If you like background noise to sleep this would be a good choice for the bedroom. It keeps the house cool and we have had one of the hotest summers here in the midatlantic in years...Thanks so much for a great product for a good price! The product was delivered within the range of dates given when ordered. 07/27/2010
Rated 4 out of 5 by CoryNY Cools great, a little loud. This AC was a great price and it shipped to my house in good condition. The box looked great, but there were one or two small dents on the cooling fins. The AC was very easy to install (10 mins I didn't use any screws, just set it in the window.) It has a nice look and is easy to use. I use it downstairs in my 1200 square foot house and it cools the whole floor on the econ mode. As the title says I feel like it is a bit loud, but to be fair this is my first window AC so I have no comparison. I would purchase again and recommend it. 07/22/2010
