Rated 5 out of 5 by tjack1957 Works as expected I haven't worn an athletic supporter on a regular basis since it was required for sports in high school. That was a long time ago. Since my recent double hernia surgery I have decided to wear one during any athletic training or playing I do. It gives great support and keeps things in place. Very good value too. 12/03/2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by BoxersorBriefs Wow - you may wish to get next size up I have a 32" waist, so I got medium (32-34") and talk about tight! The pouch is supportive, almost squeezing, and the way they seamed the pouch in the front is uncomfortable. The waist band really hugs and this supporter could not be worn for more than a couple hours. And I am not sure I will try the larger size. 09/28/2012
