- Fill bottle with cold water. Place 2 fingers over the bottle opening.Turn upside down And quickly screw securely in place (make sure cap ringis removed). Regular cleaning is recommended.

Great Product We have had this product for a couple of months and I can say its still a must have! The food dish comes out so you can use it to scoop the dog food out of the bag or remove it when refilling water so that you don't get your dog food wet....I like that your water dish stays clean......and refills when it needs it! The dish doesn't get slimy or a ring around it.....We use a 2 liter bottle and only have to refill it maybe one a week most of the time not even that (we have 2 small dogs) I will say the trick to refilling it so that you don't have a mess is to screw it onto the bottle then flip and it fills....... if you try to screw the bottle on while full of water your going to have a big mess! So don't follow the directions I provided pictures to show you how I do it. 12/11/2009

Can't do what I need it to do The water bowel leaks, when i filled it with cold water from a 2 liter bottle it leaked. 12/24/2011
Not really impressed I could see how this would be a great idea for small dogs but having 2 large dogs means filling the bottle at least once a day. I also found that the bottle of water part got kinda slimy. I would rather just fill a bowl with water rather than the hassle of refilling the bottle. I would recommend it to owners of small dogs. 06/16/2011
