just the size i needed , sturdy,well made

This is perfect for my needs, very sturdy, easy set up and take down, folds to the exact dimension of the top.  The dark walnut finish is even and very attractive. It looks larger than I expected to be so there is plenty of work space for a laptop and papers. I can't think of anything I would add to it and the price is fantastic.

Flip Flop folding desk

love the color, size & it matches my bedroom set perfectly.  I do wish it had a second shelf option, but purchased a panel of wood, cut it, stained it & set it in as a second shelf; it works perfectly.

great desk for price

The desk arrived and was just what I was looking for. Very well thought out, in that there is just enough table top space to fit a laptop with papers etc on the other side, and room to spare in the front to rest your arms or place other small items. The pictures on walmart.com were not clear as to how the top removed in order to allow the desk to completely collapse. Turns out there is no hinge for the desktop, but rather it it has peg holes (for lack of a better word) where the top fits into the base. Once removed (very easy to pull off, no tugging), the base folds up and both pieces of the desk are light enough to pick up and store out of sight with ease. We purchased the dark color.

Great size, good look, very sturdy

Perfect desk if you need to be able to put it away easily. Clean design. I ordered it in medium oak, looks nice even though it is in a room with a lot of real wood.

Simple desk, good for small spaces

It a great little desk fit over to of file cabinets. Easy set in seconds not minutes in seconds. Packaging for shipping also set deliver this quality desk. Smooth top for writing on. Color great as well. An if you like to move to other area after set no problem quick, easy disassembly as well. Don't worry about ware on it design to handle moving location to location with out break apart. An you want need a extra person to help you. Truly a quality product.

Great desk setup better then any other

Nice table, though not extremely sturdy. Suits my husband just fine as it's a great height and size considering he uses an electric power wheel chair. There were no assembly instructions so that leaves you on your own to figure it out.

Nice table but no assembly instructions

Pros: Solid wood construction and nice finish. Very functional once it's assembled.

Cons: Some of the pre-drilled holes were not exactly aligned correctly (about a quarter inch off). This was easily corrected. However, the manufacturer should give this more attention.

Wierdly: The desk came without assembly directions. This required some deductive reasoning when trying to assemble the desk. Fortunately, this was not that difficult. However, including even a word-free visual would have helped.

Other suggestion for improvement: It would be nice to include some hinges for attaching the desk top to the frame, so one could keep the desk assembled as one piece when storing it away.

Generally a good value

When buying a "folding" desk, a person assumes the whole thing folds. Not with this one. You have to remove top before storing, which is not what I expected and did not want. 
When recommending this item to a friend, I would explain about the top having to be removed before storing.

Top doesn't fold

I was so excited to get this desk. I have a small apartment and it was the perfect size and I LOVE Cherry. If you look at the video, he makes it look so simple to put on the top. NO. There is extra hardware that comes and NO instructions, so unless you are already familiar with these parts, it takes some time figuring out how to put them in. On my particular desk, whoever put the sides together, didn't do it correctly, so the top doesn't fit on it properly. I now have to return the desk to the store after waiting 9 days for it to be delivered. NOT HAPPY! What a waste of time. I probably will not order these kinds of things anymore.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Since I did not get the instruction manual with the package I am unable to provide honest feedback on the product, but disappointed with the service as the most basic thing was missing. Searched Walmart site and internet for assembly instruction without any luck
