Good 4 Price, Poor Instructions While the instructions were poorly written my husband was able to figure out how to put the structure together on his own. Fortunately, he is an design engineer and so this task wasn't too difficult for him. His business, however, deals with products that go out to customers and he was very unimpressed with the way the product was packaged and with the way the directions were laid out. He eventually gave up with the directions and relied on the photo.The swing set seats are a little slippery due to their design. We may end up purchasing the rubber seats instead that conform to the child's body shape. The slide's steps seem a bit weak but, then again, it's a cheap swing set so that is to be expected.Enough with the negative! Overall, we are really pleased with the swing set. It isn't an expensive set so you can't expect the Taj Mahal at motel prices! That's just not the way it works. Our daughter and her friends just spent the last few hours joyfully playing on the set in the backyard. Overall a good buy that I would recommend to any friend or relative. Worth The Money Very good playset. It took about 2 hours to put together.Just read the instructions before assembly and have all your pieces laid out before assemblying it.Also, contact the customer service dept of this product and purchase the anchor system to anchor it too the ground. This anchor system should come with the set. 11/15/2009
Great Value for Price! My husband and I bought this swing set for our 23 month old, and it has been perfect for her! She loves the slide! We had to buy a bucket swing for her which increased the total cost, but seems to be well worth it! It took about 4 hours to put it all together. The see-saw is designed where you have to bury the supporting beam in the ground about 3 inches so that it is level. We have not done that because we still want to be able to move the swing set to mow around it, so the see-saw is just a little bit lop-sided, but it is still usable. My husband is able to move the swing set fairly easily by just lifting the center of the top beam. Overall, we are pleased with this swing set, and think that it's a good value for the price. 06/15/2009
GREAT FOR KIDS HARD ON DAD THIS SET WAS JUST WHAT WE NEEDED FOR OUR 2 AND 4 YEAR OLD, BUT PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS THROUGHLY! PLEASE DO NOT PUT THIS TOGETHER IN 95 DEGREE HEAT BECAUSE THE SLOTS AND SCREWS NEED PERFECT ALIGNMENT AND MAY TAKE A WHILE. FRUSTRATION WILL SET IN! ALL IN ALL THE SET IS GREAT FOR THE KIDS, BUT WE ALMOST IT ALMOST ENDED MY MARRIAGE. THE KIDS LOVE AND IN THE END DAD WAS HAPPY BECAUSE THEY WERE HAPPY GOOD BUT JUST PUT TOGETHER IN THE SHADE 07/03/2009
