Rated 5 out of 5★ by Great cookbook for non-meat options This cookbook has TONS of recipes...not just slow-cooker ones. I've made a few recipes since receiving the book and it is definitely a KEEPER. My kid-sister and her husband are starting to switch to vegan-style cooking and eating (due to health reasons), and this has some FANTASTIC meatless, dairy-less options for them to also try.And you cannot forget dessert!
