Rated 5 out of 5 by Doobs0801 Best hatchet he's had in a very long time!!! I bought this hatchet for Christmas for my boyfriend. He couldn't seem to find his old wooden handled hatchet. He loves it!! It's light-weight, very sturdy & the handle seems to flow with each swing. It comes w/ a blade cover that has a handle so it can be hung up. He especially likes the orange handle......it can be easily found in a pile of kindling (which is probably where his old wooden handle one is)!!!!! 01/07/2013

You don't need to spend $100-$150 on a hand forged hatchet when this does just as good of a job (if not better) for a fraction of the price! 03/28/2012
