Hope it works better for you We have had the swing about four weeks. Our son will sit in it for about 15-20 minutes and then start crying. It seeems to work fine, it is made of hard durable plastic and I like how the seat reclines. It seems as if it is a nice product, but our son is just as happy laying in his crib as he is laying in the swing. 10/14/2007

Love it! We love this swing!! Our daughter has started to really enjoy the mobile, and the music is nice. There are three different settings of sound, and the "happy/awake" songs are pretty fun and we haven't begun to despise them yet, as is common with baby toys that play sounds. I would definitely recommend this product! The two different ways that the swing moves are nice and I plan to use this for future kids as well. 10/04/2007
