At first, he was too small to reach the pedal so we put a pillow behind him and it worked perfect. (After just a week he figured out how to drive without the pillow!) We've kept it on high-speed lockout and he's just now learning to steer, but in the meantime we let him loose in the cul-de-sac driving in circles. He loves it! We've had no problems and I feel it's worth every penny to see him laughing and smiling as he cruises around with the "big" kids in the neighborhood. 10/22/2008
