It kept his attention, and being able to switch the direction of the car. He is starting to get into wheels and push start things. I really do not see any improvement needs. Perfect height and basic size. Doesn't take up too much space.

We got this toy free from Fisher Price!! My 3 year old son was so excited when he saw the box come in the mail. He and I put it together it took us about 10-15 minutes. Easy to put together everything is numbered and colored. He had fun!! This is a great toy for kids that love cars. We set it up on Tuesday and he has been playing with it every chance he can get.

I got this product free from Fisher Price through BzzAgent. I have two little boys ages 3 and 5 and they both love it. It I has three different tracks and the cars automatically switch back and forth between all of them. It is very sturdy, which is important with little ones. It definitely keeps my boys entertained.

Hours of entertainment

My daughter jested turned 3 so she's smack in the middle of the age recommendation for the fisher price skyway toy. She really likes this toy, she couldn't even wait for my husband to finish putting it together to play with it and I've never seen her like that before. This isn't a toy that your child will play who for a day or two and throw to the side because there are so many things to play with and colors to keep them busy for a very long time. It is over 3 feet tall which is about exactly the height of my daughter and it's the only toy she currently has that she can stand up and play with, I think that's why she's enjoying it so much. I also like that there aren't a ton of pieces that can come off and get lost, it is one unit and is very sturdy. I wish I could have come accross this toy about 2 years ago though because it starts off ground level and I know my daughter would have enjoyed it as a 1 year olds just as much and it could have grown with her. I give it 5 stars!

All in one toy

I received the Fisher-Price Little People City Skyway free from Fisher-Price and BzzAgent in exchange for an honest opinion. I operate a home childcare and the toy has been in almost constant use for two-weeks now. It has been climbed on, knocked over, and pulled around and has stayed together through it all! The toy is 3' tall which is the perfect height for my 2 and 3 yr olds. The children loved trying to predict which ramp the cars would take.

Pros: NO BATTERIES!!
No stickers - busy fingers love to peel the stickers off!
No noises - the kids must use their own imagination to rev their engines
Very sturdy - most of the track is screwed together instead of snapped together
Colorful and non-gender
Includes two Little People Wheelies and more can easily be purchased at the store
Size - encourages more active play

Cons: Screws - took a little while to assemble and some of the screws were hard to access but the fact that is is so sturdy almost wipes out this 'con'
Size - unless you have a dedicated toy room (as I do) this will be a fixture as it is not easily stored
One car at a time - the kids were trying to race each other down the track. It would be cool if there was an option to put two cars down at once.

All in all - we LOVE the Fisher-Price Little People City Skyway!
