This is perhaps one of the most fun toys a toddler can play with. The lights and sounds keep them entertained, the shapes help them learn, and best of all its a real walker which teaches the child balance and strengthens leg muscles as well as helps with coordination. My son who is 13 months was apprehensive about walking, and even with the help of some walking wings did not seem interested in walking. This toy has helped him gain confidence in his walking, and he is now able to walk this toy all over the house. It will be a matter of time before he walks all by himself, but this toy has helped speed up the process.

What a pleasant experience! Purchased this on-line and only paid .97 shipping and had it shipped to my Son's home for my 8 month Grandson who is thoroughly enjoying this puppy and walking all around with it. I would recommend this to anyone with an infant who is crawling as it encourages them to pull themselves up and walk around pushing this. When this puppy moves songs start playing and to see my little grandson's eyes light up and smile at this puppy makes it so worth while!

My 8 month old daughter LOVES this toy. We got it for her with the intentions of saving it for Christmas, but my husband wanted to give it to her now once we picked it up from the store. She absolutely loves it!!! Now we are considering getting the Laugh and Learn puppy as well.

My grandaughter lives in Missouri and I am in Maine can I pay for an item in a store near her and she pick it up there?

    • I always order things from Walmart with a credit card and have it delivered to another store and have my daughter pick it up there at her store.

    • you should be able to... you would have to select her walmart on your order page when you select site to store shipping. Then make sure she is listed as a primary pick up person. You will also receive a confirmation for pickup in your email that you will have to print and take to the store with you when you pickup, so it might be a good idea to have that sent to her email address or forward it to her when you get it :)

    • I was able to purchase products in another state and then pick them up at home. I did this just at thanksgiving, I went to the sales in TN where we were visiting and did pick up in Kentucky. So if you order online then go to the site to store pick up option and place your granddaughters name as a optional pick up person and she will be able to go to that store and pick it up where she lives. If you list an email address it will send you an email

    • It is quite easy to check if the store you want it to be picked up has the item in stock. If so no problem . Walmart has made shipping very affordable and super easy .The products arrive on a timely basis.

    • You can order it online and have it shipped to a store near her. During the checkout process, put your granddaughters name down as an alternate pick up person. She will need her ID card to pick it up.

    • My daughter lives in Montana and I am in Northern NY. When I order for my grandchildren I use Walmart's site to store option on line. The merchandise is sent to the Walmart closest her and she picks it up. You don't have to pay for shipping and depending on the state you may not have to pay tax. The last time I sent something to her using site to store they had it in stock at the Walmart she uses and she got it that day. I have used site to store on many occasions.

    • I did that with my granddaughter who lives in Billings, MT. I live in Alaska, ordered it and selected "in store pick up" and selected the Walmart address close to their home.

    • Typically he should be able to . However many factors effect the outcome. Like the child's height, size etc. I know that sounds silly but just like adults , if you are trying to push something and the handle is too high your push isn't as effective, but not to worry they can still push the lower back of the toy.

    • Yes. It goes easier on hardwood or linoleum but my daughter has no problem. When she was first walking with it, I actually preferred it on the carpet because it wouldn't take off from under her.

    • It actually works better on carpet than it does on hardwood floors. The front wheel needs traction in order to activate the movement of the puppy's head, which makes the songs play.

    • My daughter does. The wheels don't spin on my lenolium but they do on the carpet. So Im sure he can.
