Rated 1 out of 5 by amber42611 stopped working I bought this toy for my 1yr old daughter 5 months ago. Since then the arms have stopped working numerous times causing the songs to stop playing half way through. In the past I was able to move the arms back into place and it would work fine. Now I can't get the arms to move at all. I contacted customer service and they are going to give me a voucher to replace mine after I send them the broken one which I have to pay shipping for. The motor is so loud that I hate listening to the toy, but my daughter loves it so I guess I will go to the hassle to replace hers. 04/11/2013
