We are now on our second Batcave after getting the first one replaced as it didnt have a 'Robin' and the lift did not work.The second has just been un-boxed to find that the lift doesnt work again!Its not a cheap toy for it not to work properly. There is obviously a design fault which should be fixed!Dont disappoint your kids! 06/30/2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Smithx6 poorly built We gave this to our son for Christmas. The elevator has never worked. The Batman that came with this toy does not fit in the motorcycle. The toy topples over when our 3 year old sits to play with it. We love imaginext and really wish this would have been as well made as the other imaginext toys we have. I would not recommend this toy. The earlier model of this toy was great. 06/17/2012

The only issues I have are the Bat Man doesn't fit in to Batcycle that comes with the cave, Robin's arms seem to be molded in a odd manner the doesn't allow him to sit well in the Batmobile, and the entrance doors to the cave doesn't seem to stay closed. All in all, we all enjoy to product. We can't wait to get the Batwing to hang on the side, though it seems hard to find. I've read other comments and our elevator works well, every once in a while the figures get caught, but it's easy to adjust. He has not had any problems with the telescope due to you can reach right in and set it to the up position to open the doors. Still a good toy. 03/11/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Cherowyan 3 year old frustrations Although it says for ages 3-8, even I have a hard time making the elevator rise, impossible for our 3 y/o. Bat telescope does not raise unless the telescope is set 'just right'. If not it will bind against the frame. The little knobs for turning should be a gripper style for little hands, not smooth. The DVD is out-of-balance and vibrates like an unbalanced tire. I am afraid it will ruin my player. Overall, a complete and total disappointment for me and the 3 y/o grandson. The little guy does play with Batman, Robin and the motorcycle, just not in the 'Cave', which he already had in a larger size. 03/07/2012
