Rated 5 out of 5 Best Swing Out There! We adore this swing. I work in childcare and have used many swings, but received this one as a gift when I was pregnant with our first baby. It took almost no time for my husband to assemble. When the baby was a newborn, if she wasn't in our arms, she was in this swing. Even when it's not swinging, she loves it. It is not recommended for sleeping, as the only *safe* place for sleeping is the crib, but we let her sleep in it right next to our bed. As she's gotten older, and we needed to transition to her crib, I removed the entire cloth seat and put that in her crib for her to sleep in. She loves the super soft pillow and she had no problem transitioning. Again, it is not recommended for sleeping, but it has worked for our family. It is machine washable and easy to get the seat on and off. It has several speed settings, though our baby was happy with the slowest. If you don't have the feet just right, it can squeek a bit, but just adjust them if it does. 11/02/2010

Rated 5 out of 5 by mommy3785 Great Product Great swing so far. Material is very soft. Everything works great. The only thing I was expecting that it DOESN'T have is a power cord. It runs exclusively on 4 DD batteries. Average use probably runs about 4 days. Would definitely recommend rechargeable batteries. We just take them out every couple of days and recharge them over night. Other than that, it's a great product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice safe swing for their new munchkin! 10/30/2010
Rated 1 out of 5 by GramPKay Beautiful at First - Motor Burned out @ 3 months This is a cozy swing and the only thing that calmed my colicky grandson. He loved the mirror. That being said . . . $130 and lasts 3 months?! The motor burned out. My daughter swung him by hand the last month he used it. I see this is a fairly common problem, and imagine there are many, many more out there that didn't bother to review. And it went thru batteries constantly, which may be the way they all are. I would recommend finding a swing with an AC adapter, and one with a good warranty AND keep your paperwork so you can collect on the warranty if need be. These things are too pricey to not even last through one infant. 10/29/2010
