great product and good value Seems to work well. We pruchased this item because of a recent hot water tank leak. Hope to never have a use for it. But we tested it out and it really worked well. Was very loud. Good name and we trust First Alert for our smoke alarms so I will put my trust in this for a water leak. 01/19/2011
