The First Alert 2084DF 1.22 cu ft 1-Hour Fire Safe features steel construction, heavy-duty steel hinges and four solid steel bolts. The steel fire safe's electronic keypad lock allows users to program a personal 3- to-8-digit pass code. The digital lock is designed to be used in conjunction with the entry key: the entry key operates the safe's live bolt after the pass code is entered into the digital lock. The First Alert Fire Safe with Digital Lock also comes with an emergency override key, which can be used to bypass the digital pass code and open the safe in case of battery failure. This First Alert Fire Safe with Digital Lock will withstand an external temperature of 170 degrees Fahrenheit while maintaining an internal temperature of less than 350 degrees. The interior of the First Alert 2084DF 1.22 cu ft 1-Hour Fire Safe includes an adjustable and removable steel shelf.
