Great Product I noticed that as my daughters (ages 11 & 12) were approaching pre-puberty status, they were both becoming quite emotional. So I looked for a book that would help me explain to them what they might be feeling inside. If you are a woman, you know how there was that point in our lives that we all felt like nobody understands and once you past that phase something things get better and some thing get worse. So that is why I bought the book-so my girls would feel like they could relate and be personal as well. I will be ordering the Feelings book Journal next for them and my little sister (age 12). She's going through her stuff alone since she doesn't have a sister her age to help her relate. I'm almost 30 and I live in a whole other state. 01/09/2010
Feelings This book is great for the little girl who needs to know that is is ok to feel sad and afraid but it is important to talk to someone about those feelings. I read it and am giving it to my daughter for Christmas. 11/30/2009
