I Love it!! I rec'd this chair today, only 2 days after I placed the item. It arrived in excellent condition and all parts were included. I put it together myself and it took me approx 40 minutes. Easy assembly instructions. I love the dark chocolate color and it looks nice in my family room. Easy to move around from one place to another. This recyliner is firm (not overstuffed) which is what I wanted because it offers good support for my lower back, shoulders and neck. Previously, I owned an overstuffed recyliner and it was too soft for me, and it offered no support for me. Only "iffy" thing is the handle that operates the foot rest; it is a little stiff and you have to really push on it to get it back into place. Not a problem, just something to think about if you are weak. Overall, a very good recyliner for the money. I highly rec. it especially if you are looking for firm, but comforable support at a reasonable price. 11-30-11. 11/30/2011
nice but....... i bought a black couch from walmart and was wanting a black recliner/rocker and we just ended up with this one just wish they would sell one in black same item 11/03/2011
