definitely needs two people to put it up a very nice product...all the reviews say it does not leak....it is too soon to tell. It is great to have all the screened windows and doors, and appreciate the shade cloth that comes with it. We clipped it on the inside instead of over the top as we plan to have vines cover part of the farm house for extra shade as it does get hot inside on sunny days. It is a great "outdoor room" that we are using as an art studio and guest room during the summer. It is tall enough for 6' tall people to stand in comfortably and has done well in breezy conditions so far with tie downs and concrete blocks on the four outside corners. All good. 05/22/2012
