I have never used this product, but it states that it is good for use on light blonde hair. My guess is that it would NOT give you the results you are after. Being that it is temporary and washes out immediately, it seems harmless and inexpensive enough to give it a try though.

It won't dye black hair blonde. It does not have the chemical level to 'pull' the black color out of your hair. That would take a much higher level of chemicals than a temporary hair dye could ever do. It would brighten up already light and or grey/white hair--but not black. The black colors are in the product line for dark hair.If you want to go blonde be real careful and choose a professional you can trust. In my 50 some years I've only known a handful or women who can successfully dye blonde at home. All but 1 of the women I'm referring too are or were blonde to begin with.If you are real talented you may be able to do it.But blonde is the most difficult and could do the most damage.Good luck I hope you get blonde!

This product does not lift color....you would need bleach to go from black to blonde.

This product is for blonde hair, not naturally black hair, and does not change/lighten hair color.

NO IT WILL NOT COME OUT - I NEEDED A HAIRCUT TO GET RID OF MY COLOR.  BAD PRODUCT.  IT USED TO RINSE OUT IN ONE SHAMPOO. MINE&#39;S BEEN IN FOR ALMOST 5 MONTHS.

Will not cover grey roots...will tone down some brassiness...depending on the color you get.

Yes it will.  It&#39;s like a quick hair color without the ammonia or having to wait for 25 minutes for the color to set.  It is instant after you shampoo, I work it into my hair, come my hair to make sure it is evenly dispersed, style &amp; go.

Will this take the brasiness out of my highlights &amp; cover my gray roots?

i haven't used this specific color yet. I have used this product in a differnet shade in the past and I really like it. I went to a lighter shade with this purchase and I will be using it shortly for the first time.
The only con I have is that you must use it after each shampoo. I am allergic to other more permanent coloring, but I don't have a problem with this brand.

GREAT HAIR COLOR FOR A BEGINNER

I have been using this product for about a year and like the color match. I could not find a permanent color that I really liked or would want to leave in my hair, so I gave this product a try. I just apply all around the edge of hair and comb through. Great product.

Fanci-Full hair Color

After doing your hair with permenate blonde, it some times has a brassing looking color yellow. Put on this wash out rinse 56 Bashful Blonde, it gives your hair a light beige color and it also makes its sooooooooooooo soft. I Love It!!!

Best Rinse out hair color

I have the same problem as the 1st reviewer ( I can find product but the colors) and I have to do the aisle dive when I find it. I'm tall so naturally I reach up and naturally because the rest of the world may not be tall I reach down a LOT. Hence the aisle dive. I can find the darkest colors on the top shelf (maybe this is because they are more popular?) and I root around for the browns and dark blondes. Its worth it though. I have dyed my hair at home for years--the few times I go to a salon it (my hair) turns out a big ol mess. I'm not rude or demanding I never stiff on a tip. The second to last time I went to a salon my hair fell out! I'm still dealing with regrowth thank you God.I found another stylist (to get my hair on track) but I spent 80 bucks! Ugh! I heard that Fanci-Full reformulated their product--I believe it used to be a toner???? Maybe still is??? This is terrific it gives me want I want. I get gentle fresh color with good grey coverage and no commitment. I'm slightly nervous about hair color commitment---and I don't want possum roots either.Wish I could find or the stores would offer more colors....I always think I shouldve bought 2.........of the 2 I could find.'.Eye' level to my knees! Try the top shelf...please

My grandmother used Fanciful as long as I could remember to keep her beautiful silver hair fresh & shiny.  I use it in between coloring to do the same thing.  It comes out with each shampoo but it makes your hair so shiny and beautiful.  I highly recommend it whether you color your hair or just want to perk up your natural color.

Quick color refresher

All of the Roux Fanci-Full rinses are good for whatever hair color solution or problem you have. The Bashful Blonde brings any shade of blonde hair to life....gives it shine and tones down brassiness. Easy to get on line to see which color of Roux to get for whatever problem you may have...such as to much red or brassiness. You might want to shake well before using and it is easier to apply if you use a spray bottle....just don't use to much. Highly recommended and a thank you to Walmart.com for excellent service as usual!

THIS RINSE IS NOT TEMPORARY.  MINE HAS BEEN IN FOR OVER 4 MONTHS. THE ONLY WAY I GOT RID OF THE COLOR WAS A HAIRCUT.  IT USED TO WASH RIGHT OUT. NOT ANY MORE.  WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY TO COMPLAIN, THEY GAVE ME ALL KINDS OF INSTRUCTIONS AND WHAT TO USE TO GET IT OUT.  I SAID WHAT?  THEN THEY SENT ME A LITTLE GOODIE BAG FILLED WITH CHEAP UTENSILS TO SHUT ME UP.  BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!  ESPECIALLY IF YOU THINK IT WILL BE OUT NEXT DAY.  LOL
