Outside sensor issues Cool idea, but the outdoor sensor seems to have issues. When temp goes below freezing, the main unit says the temperature is anywhere between 112 and 140, and the whole display is then off! Fine the rest of the time, so we'll keep playing with positioning for the sensor. I like the idea, unit, and price, but unless we can figure out the sensor issue, we'll have to return. 01/19/2009
To small to read This was not the product that I wished to have. It is to small to read across the room and I returned it to the store and bought another one for $5. more that is large enough to read. We do like it very much. 01/30/2009
Name of the item is misleading. The product does not forecast anything. Forecast is to " to predict, calculate in advance, and this item does neither. 09/05/2010
excellent for winter the product works as advertised and is very accurate. unfortunately i did not read the dimensions before i ordered. i wanted a larger unit that i could read from a distance. about the size of a wall clock like one that my friend has. also the directions are in such small print i needed a magnifying glass to read it. also very complicated to set up. like i said it works as advertised and is fine if you want a small unit. 10/17/2009
