The skirt runs a big in size so you should go one size down. I bought size XL and I am normally a size 18.

The XL is a 16-18, so I imagine the XXL is 20-22. However, I wear a 14, and the L (12-14) was too small for me.

Size XL is marked 16/18. So size XXL must be equivalent to size 20. This is pretty unusual for Missy.

According to another shopper, XXL = 20-24... the skirt is slightly loose on the waist.

I have the large and I am a 12-14 i probably could've used the M also but, the large gives me a bit of room and is not super tight....so I'm guessing the Xxl would be 16/18/20 size area. What's nice about the skirt is that it's a stretchy material also.

I am 5'4" and it is just above my ankles.

I am 5'3 and the bottom of the skirt was right off the ground.

It hits me just below the ankle, high enough to wear sandals but long enough not too look weird.

Hi Jen, I own this skirt and it will fit differently for everyone depending on height, but I am 5 foot 6 inches and if I wear it below my waste it comes above my ankles. If I wear it at hip length it will fall to my shoe straps. Hope that helps.

what is the difference between the 3 different type of black colored skirts??  Is one more see through than the other??

A 2XL hip measurement is approximately 46½ inches.

i dont know the exact answer, but i wear a size 8-9 jean and i fit a size small perfectly.

I wear anywhere between an 18 and a 22 depending on the day, what I ate, and how much water my body&#39;s holding on to... I find when I&#39;m on the lower end of that, it fits more smoothly, but even on the top-side it still fits comfortably, just a little tight about the hips, and I find I prefer to wear it with a spanx-type undergarment at that point.

I wear both the Lg and XL in this skirt. I find the waist band to be very forgiving. My hips are 45&quot;. The skirt stays up without binding. The elastic is very gentle, not binding at all. They waist has a lot of give without being too tight or too loose.

I am not sure of the specifics. I am a full bodied woman and the large fits me well without too many bulges. The lighter colors will show more of you however.... :)

I don&#39;t think so but you can always roll up the waistband as the fabric is so soft that it won&#39;t feel bunched up or you could simply hem the skirt

I'm a size 6 in pants and bought smalls in the peach tile and solid grey. They're just right! These are a soft t-shirt like material with some stretch, and they're flowy. They don't fold over on the top, but they sit nicely either on the hip or at the waist, where ever you prefer. I'm only 5'2 so I wear these a little under my belly button so that length is right at the bottom. You can wear these skirts with any top you would normally wear with jeans, slacks or whatever. They're so comfy in warm weather. 5 stars!

The Faded Glory Women's Maxi Skirt with Shirred Waistband is so very comfy and affordable!
I had purchased one in black and one also in Aqua. Since I liked the fit and color of the black, I purchased 2 more in the black :) One thing to remember is that these are not your "top of the line" skirt in quality, but the price reflects that, so that's why I chose to purchase more than one!
Also, these are perfect for everyday use, casual and even dressy occasions! I love my skirts :)

Stylish, Comfy and Affordable Summer Skirt!

I ordered the black stripe variegated, black soot, and gray space dye. This review is for the Black Stripe Variegated print. 

The design is so cute. It's versatile and I can wear so many different tops, with it. The skirt is long, but not too long, that I am tripping over it. (I am 5'5"). I ordered an XL and it fits loose and comfortable. How nice for it not to be tight, or anything! So, they do run a big large, but I don't see this as a bad thing, at all. The material is so soft and comfortable. These are great for summer outings, paired with a tank top. Or, you can fancy it up, a bit. Either way, these are comfortable and very flattering. The waistband is not tight. 

I highly recommend this skirt!

LOVE!

Need something that doesn't look as tired and hurried as you? Excuse me while I change a diaper, make lunch, and take a 3 yr old to the potty. This skirt keeps up with me, doesn't lose its shape, washes like a dream (better hang dry it... don't worry. It dries fast!) And allows me to bend over,squat, keep up with my little ones all while looking relaxed (what?), put together and a tad fashionable. Wait... and I 've been stopped twice at the store to be told, "you look cute". Ahhh. Motherhood mastered. If only they knew I hadn't had a chance to brush my hair today... I have this skirt in grey.

comfy fashion for busy mom

I want one in every color. I am so pleased with this skirt. It fits nice, flows nice and washes up well. For reference I'm 5'5, 127# with 36" hips, and purchased a small. It has a slight snug to the waist, but nothing tight. It flows over your butt instead of hugging it and showing EVERYTHING. Where I wear it on my body has the bottom of the skirt sitting on top of my feet. I can pull it down if I wanted it longer, but I like the feeling of something holding my little mom pooch. I wear the waist band right under my belly button. A small measures 37" from waist band down center seam in front and 37.5 in back. I guess to allow for booty lift, but I don't have a booty! lol This skirt with a tank top will be my summer go to, I love it!

Love it!

This is a very comfortable and flattering maxi skirt. My one recommendation- wash it cold with like colors and get a color safe bleach or color booster. It has faded a bit in the wash, but to be honest it still looks good and kind of looks like it's intended outcome. I love the fit of this skirt and the material.
