Yes and they are perfectly tight, no leak what so ever. First hose I&#39;ve ever had that doesn&#39;t leak especially at the spout connection!

Are the fittings on both ends made of metal?

without stretching it, it is at least 72", maybe longer

It's just under 5-1/2 feet long, but is a bit stretchy, and will stretch to just over 6 feet.

It appears to be metal, seems very sturdy.  The inner core hose must be rubber I guess but it is completely incapsulated by the metal spiral outer shell.  The package says it is 60&quot; &amp; stretches to 84&quot; but I found it to be a little longer. Package states it is a standard 1/2&quot; (one half inch) I.P. Connection so it fits all the usual shower arms &amp; sprayers that I&#39;ve ever seen. The steel must be either stainless steel or chromed, it looks like chrome.

I was wondering the same thing.I went ahead and bought it.It's not as long as it seems.It's about as long as the plastic ones.

I purchased two of these about a week and a half apart. Both of them are 65", but stretch to about 75". I don't know if that's what the "60 to 84 inches long" statement in the product description if referring to, or if they actually vary in starting length. But that's what mine start at, 65".

This is a great hose and it seems to be a bit longer than the one I had before. I love the flexibility of a stainless hose. Thinking of ordering one for my other bathroom.

Fantastic

This item worked great for me I had order a new shower head when my shower hose came apart I really liked the shower head I originally had and didn't want to throw it out and seen this hose returned the new one and this worked perfectly. Very easy to install great product so far. I would recommend.

Shower hose

I replaced my shower head several months ago and was very disappointed when the hose tore and began spraying water all over. I was thankful I could just replace the part instead of the costly expense of replacing the entire shower head. Unfortunately, the hose arrived in 7 days, instead of the 2 as promised. Other than that, I highly recommend. It was very simple to replace and works so much better than the original hose.

Definitely recommend, however it shipped late

Well worth the money, very nice flexible shower hose. Great for a handicap chair or hard to reach area's in the shower. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a longer shower hose.

Flexible shower hose

OUTSTANDING! This is the best shower hose I've ever owned. I'm extremely satisfied with it. I like this so much that I purchased a 2nd one to replace the hose in my other shower, which didn't even need to be changed.

Most shower hoses that look like this (spiraled metal appearance) will twist as the water pressure inside them changes, but not this one. It stays hanging perfectly the same. I know that sounds like a silly minor detail, but if you've ever had one that does twist, you know what I mean.

It's also extremely flexible. So much so, that you hardly notice that the shower head handle is even attached to anything.

Best Shower Hose

I purchased this SS flexible hose to replace my stiff plastic one on my current handheld shower head.  It lives up to it's name, just wish I had found it sooner!  SO much easier to use as it moves effortlessly.  Installed quickly and easily as well.  Great buy!

Great SS replacement hose for shower head

The flexibility of this shower hose is the first thing that caught my attention.  This hose is a joy to handle in the shower, as it is easy to move to whatever position I want to move it.  By contrast an earlier hose I had seem to almost fight against me and was a pain to maneuver.

The hose that came with the hand held shower sprayer was too short for my high shower heads. I needed a hose that was at least 6 feet long. This hose was the most affordable I could find. I purchased 2 for less than the price of one that I found at other stores. It was easy to install, and works great. I haven't had any leaks so far after 2 months. My only complaint is that the part that connects the hose to the handle does not fit in the cradle, so the handle has to hang down and rest against the side of the tub. This annoys me. Otherwise, it's a great hose.

Almost perfect

This shower hose is perfect connected to shower head, very flexible, it can turn and put where ever you want.

Do NOT buy this.  Hose busted in middle just after 90 days. Promax will not refund or accept return.
