I have bought more expensive trimmers and have had them not work because of having to tap them to make the string come out. This one comes out automatically and I have had nothing but an easy time using them. Light and easy to use. I love this thing!!!! 02/27/2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by wxguy53 junk I thought this would be a good trimmer, WRONG! it is very loose when in the edger position. The auto string advance doesn't work. There is no height advancement, you have to be a very short person to use it, or you will get a sore back. I am taking it back for something that works and is solid, and longer 04/22/2013
