Poor Quality The bag does not have any supports in the bottom, so it folds in on itself from end to end when you use the shoulder strap. The shoulder saver is too thin on the shoulder strap to do any good. I had the bag for one week before it broke. First one zipper broke off of the main compartment, then the other would not zip the bag closed anymore. It would move on the track, but would not seal the zipper. The teeth on the zipper were also poor quality. Overall, this product is a failure. It isn't worth the $10.00 you pay for it. I was very disappointed with the construction quality. I'll know better than to buy any Protege products next time. 04/02/2012
