    Customer Product Reviews

    Rated 4.1 out of 5★ by 131reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Great basic bike! I have been cycling for years at Lifetime Fitness, but wanted a bike to have at home. I really enjoy using this bike, it is quiet and smooth and comfortable (I bought a different seat to use, I would recommend that as the one that comes with it has zero padding). It is a bit rocky when I stand, but I spend most of the time in the saddle so it is not a problem. Set up took about an hour, not too complicated. I like the monitor that comes with it, it is very basic but has everything I need on the display. The only negative was that the chain guard was cracked when I received it; however I read on many reviews for many bikes that it is a common occurrence with shipping. I am pleased with this bike for overall value for the cost! 11/09/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Great Bike all around I'm an avid Road Cyclist logging 5,000+ miles every year on my road bike. But there are days when the weather is bad or during the Winter when it's just to cold to ride outdoors. I used to mount my bike on a trainer, but it's a hassle and wears my back tire out fast. I looked around for a good quality indoor Spin / training bike that would give me the road bike feel. After Internet research I found this bike.It had all the features that I was looking for and the price was dead on for what I wanted to spend. I ordered it, and it arrived in about a week. It was packaged well, but it did suffer a cracked plastic end cap on the base that the manufacturer replaced free. Everything else was perfect. Easy to put together, built very well you can stand and pedal or do fast sprints and the bike never wobbles or moves. You get a nice firm solid feel when you riding it. Some would say the saddle is uncomfortable, but it feels just fine to me because that's what I ride. When your peddling the bike is very smooth and quiet. The 40LB wheel makes it feel great. This bike looks SHARP! It looks like it cost a lot more than it does and performs well above the price point. Some of my Cycling friends say I'm lying to them about the price. The pedals were nice but I didn't use them because I mounted road pedals that I clip into on the bike instead so I could use my road shoes. But if you want to use the pedals that come with it they are good quality as well. The computer is a very nice touch, and it seems accurate accept for the pulse. But I have never seem any equipment even in my local Gym that gives an accurate reading on this. Also, that's another thing that don't bother me because I wear a Heart Rate monitor with a chest strap when I'm riding, but all other functions are perfect. I really like the handlebars on this I can get the same feel as my road bike bars, or get into that time trial position. I put some elbow pads on for extra comfort that I had, but you don't need them. To sum it all up, I'm glad I purchased this bike. I would recommend it to any one with out hesitation. It's made well, sturdy and gives you a feeling you got a much higher quality bike for the price. I love mine.So whether your a regular Cyclist or some one looking to get into shape this is a great bike. Also I'm 5 foot 8 178 and the bike is the perfect size for me. 02/16/2014
Rated 4 out of 5★ by Great value for money. Good quality. This bike met all my expectations. After reading nearly a hundred reviews for bikes in the price range of $200-$500 this one met all the needs and wants. It has it minor issues but one must remember YGWYPF. If I wanted $1000 bike I could have bought one but there is no need when this one performs very similar. The quality of the construction is well done. Very sturdy. Overall the bike is quiet, I can listen to the tv with no issue. There is a minor noise from the chain and gear on the front flywheel but nothing that is distracting. The computer is in metric but a simple call and they will order and send you a replacement no charge. The flywheel doesn't humm or squeak but the simple solve would be silcone spray. It has a hard seat like ALL do but a cover makes life much better. For the money this is a great deal. If I had to buy again I would definately consider this one again. I am a frugal buyer who wants the biggest bang for the buck and this provides just that. 03/06/2013
Rated 4 out of 5★ by Great Bike overall but having a computer problem. I just received this bike a few days ago and the first thing I noticed is that it was showing me going 50 to 80 miles an hour when I know I was doing around 12 to 15 as this is my normal cycling and spinning speed. I contacted the company's customer service today and the gentleman said that the computers were on back order but they will send me one in a couple of weeks and he said that the computer would be tested to make sure it works properly before they send it.Besides the computer problem I find the bike to be a well built and very stable bike. This bike feels more like a real road bike than my old exercise bike which had a more upright position. I am liking this much better. Pedaling feels smooth and it is quiet. While the seat is hard at first, I have gotten use to it. Using my padded cycling shorts works wonders. But it is good to know that any standard bike seat will fit on here if I ever need to change it out for a different one. I have always been told that putting on a bigger seat just means that more of your bottom will be sore after your ride and I know this to be true as my old exercise bike had a larger seat and unfortunately regular bike seats would not mount to it.Please note that this is a heavy bike and you may need help when putting this together or even taking it out of the box. My Fedex delivery guy was no help in getting it to my garage, he basically pulled it off the truck and told me it was heavy and left, leaving me to drag the box down the driveway by myself. Assembly was straight forward and within about 45 minutes it was together. It comes with the basic cheesy tools to put it together but I prefer my own tools which makes life much more easy.If I get the computer and it works like it should this bike will deserve 5 stars from me. The main reasons I got this bike was for the price ($214) and the fact it had a computer to measure my time and distance, and also the fact that my old exercise bike is worn out. In the past 2 years I have put over 9000 miles on that old bike. If I can get 9000 miles out of this one I will definitely be interested in buying another one when this one needs to be replaced. Only time will tell though. 11/19/2012
Rated 4 out of 5★ by Would recomment this to anyone I have had my Bike for 3 weeks, and love it! I do 30 minute workouts, trying to get back up to the hour, like I did at the gym. I have no time to get to the gym, so this was perfect! My only thing is, there were no instructions in the box when I received it. Glad I have Mechanical skills, it wasn't to difficult to put together. 11/18/2013
Rated 3 out of 5★ by Good value; works great with right adjustments. Great bike but the seat is uncomfortable. Takes a lot of adjusting to get it right but once you've got it the way you want it, it's fine. Ordered this one because others in this price range didn't have the trip computer. 10/30/2012
Rated 4 out of 5★ by The bike is wonderful. However the seat is extremely hard. 10/24/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Great bike for beginner or expert cyclist. I am a beginner cyclist and my husband is an expert cyclist. Both of us lovethis bike. Very easy to change tension on bike. He gets onto bike easily. Ihave to use a step stool to get onto and off bike, but once I am on it I loveto use it. Great bike for the price! 11/19/2013
