They are the perfect weight to increase the intensity of your workout, without injury to your shoulders. The fit is great, and does not slip. I have small hands so they are a little big but I knew they would be when I bought them. They only have one size. I intend to use the gloves often to help sculpt my arms. 04/20/2009
Rated 3 out of 5 by lakapa "Poor Shoulders" ouch I've been using these gloves for 8 months. I use them for my BodyCombat class. I used to wear them like 2 to 3 times a week. My shoulders and wrists feel like they're clicking all the time. I guess if you overused them eventually you will start feeling pain"poor shoulders" I decided not to use them for a while.There is a big NO NO NO weighted gloves but BC, even thought i knew it i used them anyways and I am in pain now. I would use them once a week or so. 02/22/2010
