No, they offer plenty of protection. Your hands will sweat though, but that's normal with bag gloves.

Generally no, but that would depend on your level of striking power and over-all strength of your wrists. In general hand-wraps are not meant for hand (knuckle) support, but for wrist support. If you are doing light bag or mitt work, then you should be fine, but if you are doing intense striking drills and hard focus mitt work, then I would suggest wearing wraps to decrease the risk to your hands and wrists.

These are a great size/design for most adult hands. Both my hands and my husbands fit well inside. The gloves have a great weight and structure. We use them both with the bag and solo just for extra weight for HIIT. Even after significant use, they show very little signs of wear, so I'd say they are pretty durable.

My son loves the boxing gloves as they fit great. They are slightly snug so X-Large was perfect for his large hands (he's 6'0” and 180lbs). They are soft but thick and durable. Good stitching and good quality.

These Everlast Mixed Martial Arts Heavy Bag Gloves are great for my son, These are his first pair and he loves them. It's a good fit for my son and comfortable. The thumb is not protected so he can move it around. Great for workouts. I just wish that to thumb was protected too. But overall they are good

The only issue I have with this product is the size. The glove size is listed as L-XL. I don't consider my hands very big and they are tight in the glove. L or Large would have been acceptable in sizing. I have some trouble with the "one size fits all" logic. Other than that the product has excellent value.

Priced right

I have pretty decent size hands and these gloves fit fine. It is a bit awkward positioning your thumb withought it being covered like in regular boxing gloves, however I am sure Ill get use to it.
Also, the picture shows chinese/japanese writing on the back of the gloves, that is not the case. Everlast is what is printed on the gloves.

I have size large hands and this XL fits very tight. Should be marked M (Medium).

These gloves suck/. They are made of foam and don't work well for actual bad work. Not recommended for boxing, kickboxing, or any bag work. For $10 more you can get level II boxing gloves which are far more protective and useful.
