Rated 1 out of 5 by justbuythespendyones Dont waste your money on these, first thing first, the elastic that is supposed to hold the shin pad tight to the shin is loose from the bottom of the calf all the way to the ankle. Second, the shin pad and the top of the foot pad hit each other making the entire shin guard move around when your doing simple foot work sparring. I am 5'10, 155lbs MMA student, first bought the L-XL, and they didnt work at all, so I tried the SM-MED, thinking the elastic band would fit properly...and no. 03/21/2013
