Great product The bar was very simple to install, I put longer 2.5inch screws into the mounts to make sure it would hold my 220lbs of muscle (to be), which it does hold my weight. I would recommend this product to anybody looking for a great addition to there home gym. 02/21/2009
All aspects great! The pull-up bar was very easy to install and it was delivered within days of ordering. Of course, I can only do about one pull-up so far but in time- I got it to go along with P90X... if you can't do pull-ups, the bar is great, you can just throw an exercise band around it and stand back then lean forward or kneel and use the band to imitate a pull-up action. You can do this until you really have the strength to do the pull ups. 06/03/2010
works just great to me! this product is good very easy to install i didnt need to read the instructions. you dont need a drill just hammer a nail in the wall half way and pull it out that way you have a hole to screw the screws in and i used my own shorter screws because theirs were really tough to get into the wall. its very sturdy and strong i weigh 223lbs and it supports me! the foam pad did move to the center 4 me when you just use a lil effort it will adjust to the center so i fully recommend this product! 06/16/2009
It works for me the only trouble I had was trying to screw it into my door frame. Living in NYC the apartments are make shift... but once I got it in (that's what she said) it works great! 02/26/2010
